Lately I’ve been doing a lot more eating than baking, and I mean that in the bread sense. It takes a lot of work to bake one loaf of bread, and sometimes it’s more exhausting than it’s worth. I’ve had amazing sour dough from the Four Seasons and yummy breads from the Ritz-Carlton, and my other newer discovery is the bread from Po’s Atelier....
Here’s part two of our trip hiking in the Meili snow mountains in China. Like I said before, the views were amazing! Never have I been to China and bumped into so few people–really interesting to go to China and only bump into a few cows. I’m missing the snow and can’t wait to go on more skiing trips soon.

There are some trips that are unforgettable because of the calmness and the experience. Meili was definitely one of them. The mountains looked really great, and the atmosphere was so serene. If only I could just return for a little while…It was a good place to think and clear your head.
