I still go to sleep with visions of the white, soft powdered snow since it’s still a bit chilly in Hong Kong. But at least I had my super warm boots to stomp around in. Now it’s another day and another beginning of the week. More to accomplish and more to look forward to. Hope you all had a nice weekend and are pumped to get this week started!

The powder in Niseko was like a dream– lots of white snow every day and perfect conditions to board. All day out hitting the slopes and then hot Japanese food afterwards, nothing gets better than that. Except maybe snowboarding all decked out in gold. It was a great trip, and I wish I could be back.

New York, although busy and fast-paced, is definitely a breath of fresh air compared to certain parts of Hong Kong life. A New York minute is definitely a Hong Kong second, but no complaints here. Stuffing my face on the New York fare is definitely one of the perks here, not to mention the street art that covers many inches of the city.
