Birthdays only come once a year, which means so do birthday wishes. That’s why you have to make sure you don’t waste them. I won’t tell you what I wished for, but I hope that this year can top the last. Last year was pretty great and I have a lot to be grateful for, so if this year is just as good as the last…well that’s perfectly fine too.

When in doubt and in shortage of time, take a quick trip to Macau. That’s what I did the other weekend to get out of Hong Kong. The weather outside is frightful…because it’s unpredictable. Some days it’s cold and some days it’s warm. Missing the cold but beautiful weather in San Francisco. Hopefully the weather gets cooler for the Chinese New Year. Happy Monday!
