Hong Kong has been hit with a cold spell for the past few weeks, so you know that means that it’s time to pull out the (FAUX) fur! The sun is out, which means one thing: must have shades. It’s sunny when I’m driving. It’s sunny when I’m walking outside. It’s sunny from virtually everywhere. There’s not escaping it in the city, where floor to ceiling windows are prevalent in most buildings or traveling by foot is the only option. What are your go to glasses?
So the world is definitely round. It’s also full of hills and stairs and cobblestone paths as well as escalators and busy streets. This is my ode to flat shoes. Whoever said that the hot weather means strappy high heeled sandals or anything else with a heel really has got it all wrong. Keep calm and flat on!
Like usual, Hong Kong has brought us straight to summer so there was no experience of spring. I’m not complaining though because it’s so simple to dress now– close my eyes, put my hand in the drawer, and grab a pair of shorts. Just kidding, it’s not as random but you get the idea.
