Self care is a topic that I stumble upon often in magazines and websites that emphasize the importance of keeping yourself healthy through diet and exercise. I’m all for this, but I also think indulging your personal style can be a form of self care because it helps your mental side of well-being. As the saying goes, look good feel good right? I feel my best when I’m in something comfortable that can take me to meetings, to events and to dinner seamlessly. So when the weather gets colder, I like to mix and match fabrics and layer. It’s less about looking a certain way and more about being comfortable in your own skin and wearing what you like so that you have confidence to take on the day.
