I recently had a run in with a stranger that could’ve turned into an uncomfortable encounter, but instead, I gave the person a smile and they smiled back and everything was fine. If I had reacted in any other way, the situation would have been different and that got me thinking. We can all react in different ways depending on the circumstances, but if we take the time to try and be rational, we can be in control of our own reactions and feelings.
It is easy to be rash and act upon our own impulses, but with some mindfulness and time, you can learn to deal with things in a way that goes in your favor. You get what you give, so make sure it’s good vibes.
