Everytime I feel like I’m losing myself, I plan a trip to refresh and relax. The feeling is similar to work when I delve into it and find my rhythm. I get really consumed in my surroundings and the focus (in the case of traveling) is all on my environment and the people. It’s exhilarating to be able to try new things and eat different foods.
Take some time to focus on yourself. Treat yourself when necessary and surround yourself with good people. Good vibes always.
