This is a CDD public service announcement: stay hydrated! It’s been hotter and sunnier than ever and after a day of going around to meetings and running errands, I surely needed a drink. And by drink, I mean water. And LOTS of it too. Make sure you’re getting your 8-10. It’s good for your skin and will keep you from getting any dizzy spells. Plus, it’s a good way to stay fit too.
