This served as the motto for the entire meal– every ingredient in each dish served a different purpose, and I found myself trying hard not to lick the plate clean. If you’re looking for a restaurant with good service and a comfortable atmosphere, Gold by Harlan Goldstein is a great, no BS fine dining experience. I had the Gold Tasting Menu (starting at HK$880 per person), and my absolute favorite dish was the pasta. I can feel a craving coming on now… Try the tasting menu as it’s completely worth it, or be sure to try a pasta dish.
