Hong Kong is hands down home to the best dim sum you’ll ever find, and sometimes it’s hard to decide where to go. I just tried a new spot, Dim Sum Bar, and with its convenient TST location, it has potential to be my regular go to place. The bird’s nest pudding was made with egg whites with a sweet, smooth flavor, and the red bean pudding is definitely a nice, light dessert. My favorite must have dishes were definitely the creatively baked tart, fragrant chicken, and the improved version of ‘har gao’ filled with prawns and smothered in a delicious lobster bisque. I couldn’t get enough of it!
