Another new year means another new set of goals, and I’m pleased to announce that my first goal is to get back into better shape. My new project of 2013 is to go on the Cambridge weight plan–when I get back to Hong Kong, I’ll be eating their shakes, porridges, and soups in hopes to lose seven pounds in two weeks.There’s been too many over indulging meals and snacks over the holiday season.
